• RULES AND REGULATIONS

  (A) NO Drugs, smoking or vaping in our space  (B) Refundable cleaning fee of $150 required. Our space must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. If our space requires cleaning after your use, or there are any hard-to-clean material [e.g. make-up, stains, glitter, oil, paint, confetti, etc.] left anywhere on our premises after your use, you (Renter) will be charged a $150 cleaning fee and will not get your cleaning deposit back, plus any additional cleaning fee. (C) Please include setup and breakdown time for your project. Any fixtures, furniture or equipment broken will be your responsible to replace within 48 hours.

• FOOD AND BEVERAGE DETAILS

  Outside food is allowed.  We specialize in African Cuisine, however, have partnerships with Spanish and Eastern Europe Chefs.  We welcome the opportunity to serve you! 

• TABLES, CHAIRS AND DECORATIONS

  None provided. This is an additional cost to you. 

• PRICING & PAYMENT  -   ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS

  Monday - Thursday, before 8pm: $55 per hour	Monday - Thursday, after 8pm: $65 per hour
  Friday before 8pm: $70 per hour	Friday after 8pm: $80 per hour (4 hour minimum)
  Saturday before 8pm: $70 per hour (2 hour minimum)	Saturday after 8pm: $85 per hour (4 hour minimum)
  Sunday: $80 per hour (2 hour minimum)

  We accept Cash and Major Credit/Debit Cards. 50% Deposit required 14 days prior to booking date.   Remaining balance due 48 hours before the rental.
